To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay for all our guests and neighbours, we kindly ask that you observe the following: 🚭 No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the suite or anywhere within the building. Please step outside and away from entrances if you wish to smoke. 🎉 No parties, events, or gatherings of more than 5 people at any time. This is a quiet residential building, and we respect the peace of our neighbours. 🔇 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, every day. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially in common areas and near windows, so we can stay on good terms with the neighbors. While the unit is professionally soundproofed, it is not a recording studio or a nightclub. 🚗 Complimentary parking: Unlike most of Old South, where parking is a competitive sport, you have one dedicated, free on-site spot. No permits, no tickets, no morning surprises. Kindly park in the designated spot and avoid blocking driveways, walkways, or other vehicles. 🧹 Keep it tidy – We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and leave it in reasonably clean condition. A cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, not excessive mess. 🛏 Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you need to add someone to your reservation, please message us in advance. 🐾 Our space is pet-friendly. However, no pets are allowed in the unit unless approved during booking. Pets are not to be left alone and unattended inside the suite at any time. Please ensure your furry friends stay off the furniture—our lint rollers have their limits. We strive to offer you a relaxing, hotel-quality experience while ensuring the comfort and safety of all our guests. If you have any questions or need support during your stay, we're just a message away! 📋 Registration and liability waiver For the safety and security of all guests and residents, and to stay compliant with our insurance obligations, all proposed guests (18 and over) will be required to fill out our registration form once booking is confirmed and before your arrival. We use this information to prepare for your arrival and know exactly who will be coming into our community. None of your information is stored and is deleted upon completion of your stay with us through our encrypted CRM.
